Canadian Diamond Mine Environmental Study

In May 2013 we assisted Stantec Ltd. with a walleye, northern pike and white sucker spawning survey in a small tributary to the Attiwapiskat River for De Beers. We used fyke nets and deployed two autonomous underwater monitoring systems to record fish activity and species composition upstream and downstream of areas that are naturally difficult for migratory fish to pass.
